Terms of Service

Purchasing a commission you accept that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.

USAGE RULES:
— NO DEADLINES (If you have a deadline, then I take 50% of the amount of commission)
— Private arts are accepted +50% to the cost (you must notify before the art, otherwise the art will be public)
— Don’t change my finished artworks by yourself or with other artist’s help.
— Don’t use my art in NFT or training an AI.
— I do not refund money. (At the moment I live in a country where I can't send money. For this reason, I cannot refund money.)
— If you do a refund of your payment without any reasons when your commission was finished (trying to scam me) you'll be blocked. Please, respect artists!
— Payment is made after I confirm your form. Payment allows you to join the queueMAIN INFO:

— Full prepayment
— I work ONLY with character reference sheets, not descriptions
— I reserve the right not to accept commission, if I do not feel comfortable by any aspect
— I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment
— I show the following steps: sketch --> line and color --> final version
— I don't do fixes for free when work on the line and color stage or finished: I don't take responsibility if you forgot to ask for corrections on "sketch" or "line and color" stage. (If the customer saw an error after confirmation, at the stage of line art, color, shadow or finished work, then I charge a fee. If you did not see an error at the stage of confirmation, it is not my mistake.)
— The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
— If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.
— PLEASE TELL ME if you need specific image size/do it for a print. I don't work with high resolutions and usually do art only for the web.
— Usually the time from start to finish the art takes from a week to a month, but sometimes it can take longer. The maximum period is 6 months.
